Ordering All orders
made by you through the Websites are subject to acceptance by us. We may
choose not to accept your order for any reason.
If the goods you have ordered are not available from
stock we will contact you by email and you will have the option to:
* wait until the goods are available from stock; or
* cancel your order in accordance with our General
Information section.
When making an order through the web site the technical
steps you need to take to complete the order process are described in
the General Information section.
Description Of Goods & Prices
After we receive your order, we will confirm by email
the details, description and price for the items you have chosen at -
Order Acknowledgment. If these differ from the details, description and/or
price shown on the Web site and you wish to cancel your order you may
do so in accordance with our General Information
section.
All details, descriptions and prices for the goods
appearing on the Web site are correct at the time when the information
was inputted. You should check any received goods on arrival to ensure
that they are not faulty.
We reserve the right to adjust the price and specification
of any item on the Web site at our discretion.
Right To Withdraw Items
We reserve the right to withdraw any items from the
Web site at any time.
We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing
any items from the Web site or refusing to process an order.
Age Of Consent
If we discover that you are not legally entitled to
order certain goods, we reserve the right to terminate your order immediately,
without notice, and we will not be obliged to complete the order.
Payment
Payment can be made by most major credit or debit
cards in accordance with the General Information section. Payment will
be debited from your account upon receipt of of your order.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being
used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation
checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card
refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery
and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank
charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment.
Delivery & Risk
We despatch items ordered by you as they are available
using Royal Mail in the UK and Surfacemail outside of the
UK. The delivery charge is as set out in the General
Information section.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you
have registered in the "CUSTOMER DETAILS" section. We cannot
be held responsible if this delivery address is wrong. If you wish to
change the delivery address you may do so by entering the new details
in the "CUSTOMER DETAILS" section. If you wish to change your
delivery address and an order is "IN PROGRESS" you must contact
the Customer Services team.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that
the estimated delivery times set out in the General
Information section are met but we cannot accept any liability for
late deliveries.
On occasion items may be lost in the post. If this
occurs, you must contact the Customer Services team.
Once the goods have been received by you, all risk
of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to
cancel your order in accordance with the General
Information section, you must keep good care of the goods pending
their return to us.
Cancellation & Returns
Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods,
you may only do so in accordance with our General
Information Section.
Security & Privacy
You should review our Security Policy & Privacy
Policy (which, for the avoidance of doubt, do not form part of these
Terms & Conditions of Trade).
Changes To These Terms & Conditions Of Trade
We may change these Terms & Conditions of Trade
at any time.
Severance
Each provision of these Terms & Conditions of
Trade shall be construed separately and independently of each other and
the invalidity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other
part.
Law
These Terms & Conditions of Trade shall be governed
by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the High Court of England & Wales.
