We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Switch and Solo. You can also pay by cheque or postal order.

Online:

At The Vanilla Tree our customers can shop with us in complete confidence. We have a secure website and our customer's information is always safeguarded. Our website uses TWATHE security, making it the safest way to send information over the internet.

Order Form:

If you wish to complete your order by conventional means, i.e Post or Fax. Please continue shopping as if you are going to order online.

Once you have your desired products in your "Shopping Basket". Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" Button, which will take you to the Customer Detail Form.

Within the "Customer Details Page" you will be given an option to either "Pay Online" or "Print OrderForm". (Two Buttons at bottom of page).
Please click on the "Print Orderform" button.

By Phone:

Call us on 01584 875824 and have your order and payment details to hand. If we are unavailable please leave a message on the answering service and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

By Post:

Send your completed order form with payment to us at The Vanilla Tree, The Coach House Studio, Overton Grange, Ludlow, Shropshire, SY8 4AD. United Kingdom. (payable to The Vanilla Tree)

By Fax:

You can fax your order and payment details on 01584 875824.

Delivery:

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible, the majority of our orders reach their destinations within a few days, but please allow 28 days. Where available, personalised items take a little longer. If you need to confirm a certain delivery date please check before ordering. All orders are sent by Royal Mail or a carrier service.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges of £3.75 relate to UK Mainland including Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Western Islands, Shetlands and Northern Ireland.

Overseas Orders:

Delivery charges outside UK (goods plus the packaging). We will calculate the weights of each order as follows

• 250gms - £6.50
• 500gms - £7.50
• 1Kg - £11.90
• 2Kg - £20.50

Returns:

We are sure you will love your purchase from The Vanilla Tree; However, if you are not happy for any reason please let us know within 3 days and return the goods to us, unused, and in the original packaging for a replacement or refund. All postage and packing charges are non-refundable and payable by customer. Credit/Debit card refund charges are also payable by the customer. (All returns must be posted to us with RECORDED delivery. The Vanilla Tree shall not be liable for any losses during transit).

Cancellations:

Any order placed may be cancelled within 24 hours by email or telephone and a refund given. In the event of goods being dispatched inadvertently within this time, goods should be returned unopened and refund including postage costs will be made upon receipt of unopened, undamaged goods

Fabrics and/or trims may vary from the images as each item is hand crafted and therefore unique. All sizes quoted are approximate. Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed. Please E-Mail Us if you have any definite colour preferences.
