Q: How do I buy from The Vanilla Tree?

A: please follow the steps below:

1. Browse the product Catalogue and click on the BUY NOW icon.

2. Fill in your contact Details

3. Check that your details are correct, either proceed to online payment (4a) or conventional cheque payment (4b).

4a. Fill in your payment details for online payment.

4b. Print off your order details and post your order together with a cheque, made payable to THE VANILLA TREE.

5. You will receive an E-mail confirming your order.

6. We will process your order.

7. We will despatch your goods as soon as possible

Q: Do you accept credit card?

A: YES. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Switch and Solo. You can also pay by cheque or postal order.

Q: How soon will my order arrive?

A: As long as the item is in stock, your order will be despatched within a few working days. If you are unsure if your order will arrive in time for a certain date, please contact us before ordering.

Q: Who will deliver the order?

A: We use Royal Mail Recorded delivery or a carrier service. These services require a signature.

Q: Do you accept orders World Wide?

A: Yes. Delivery charges outside of the UK are as follows:

250gms = £6.50

500gms = £7.50

1Kg = £11.90

2kg and Over = £20.50

N.B. The Order process automatically totals the weights and adjusts the postage.

Q: Is your Site Secure?

Q: What if I don't like my purchase?

A: If you are not happy for any reason please let us know within a few days and return the goods to us, unused, and in the original packaging for a replacement or refund. Postage and packing charges are not refundable.
